Bounce Coffee Roasters began in our kitchen with nothing more than a stovetop popcorn popper and a curiosity for the freshest cup of coffee. What started as small, experimental batches quickly grew into a passion for exploring origins, dialing in roast profiles, and discovering how subtle changes can bring out remarkable flavors.
Our Philosophy
At Bounce Coffee Roasters, we believe great coffee should be shared without the mystery behind the price tag. That’s why we’re upfront about how we price our coffee: Prices vary by origin and process, reflecting the true cost of each coffee. We maintain consistent margins, ensuring every bag is fairly priced.
How We Source
We partner with trusted U.S. importers who work directly with producers across the world. Each lot is chosen for its unique story, quality, and cup profile.

Our Roasting Approach
We roast in small batches on our Aillio Bullet R1, giving us precision control over temperature, airflow, and development. This lets us highlight what makes each coffee unique: sweetness, balance, body, or fruit-forward brightness.
