Why this coffee

The Cerrado plateau in Minas Gerais is one of Brazil's most consistent growing regions - flat terrain, reliable rainfall, and well-established processing infrastructure. We roast this one to a medium-dark to bring out the chocolate and dried fruit character the natural process develops. It's a great everyday drinker: easy to dial in, satisfying black or with milk.
