The Story
Why this coffee
Monte Libano sits in the Dipilto mountains of Nueva Segovia one of Nicaragua's best growing regions. The washed process strips away the fruit and lets the bean's intrinsic character come through: clean, structured, and gently sweet. We roast this one to a light-medium to preserve the honey and pear notes without losing body.
