Why this coffee
The Guji zone produces some of Ethiopia's most expressive naturals. Danbi Udo sits at 2,000-2,200m, where slow cherry development concentrates fruit sugars into something that walks the line between wild and clean. We roast this one light to let the natural fermentation speak - big blueberry up front, jasmine in the finish.
